Set a budget

Create a budget to cap spending. For the model behind scopes and periods, see Budgets.

Create a budget

  1. Open Spend & Budgets in the sidebar.

  2. Go to the Manage budgets tab.

  3. Click Create your first budget, or Add if you already have budgets.

  4. Step through the wizard:

    • Level: Organization or Workspace

    • Applies to: Overall, Members, or Providers

    • Target: Pick All, or one specific member or provider. Skipped if Applies to is Overall.

    • Period: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly

    • Amount: USD limit per period

    • Review: Confirm the details, then click Create budget

The wizard is 5 steps for overall budgets and 6 steps when you target specific members or providers.
