Add provider keys at the organization level, then control which workspaces can use them.
For background, see Provider Keys.
Add a provider key
Otari-managed keys are pre-provisioned by Otari and appear at the top of the Provider Keys page. You don't add these manually. They're available as soon as your organization is created.
To add your own provider key:
Open Organization Settings → Provider Keys.
Under Your provider keys, click Add.
Select the Provider from the dropdown.
Optionally enter a Key Name to distinguish multiple keys for the same provider, such as
production, staging, orbackup.Paste the API Key from the provider's dashboard.
Under Available in, select the workspaces that should have access to this key. Workspaces can change this later from their Providers tab.
Click Add Key.
This is the only time the key will be shown. Copy it now if you need it later.
Set a default key per provider
If you have multiple keys for the same provider, mark one as the default so workspaces inherit it automatically.
In the Provider Keys list, find the keys for the provider.
In the Default column, click Set as default on the key you want workspaces to inherit.
Workspaces inherit the organization default per provider unless they pin a different key.
Control workspace access
Once a provider key exists at the organization level, open a workspace's Providers area to disable specific organization keys, pin a different default, or review what the workspace can currently reach.
Disable a key. Prevent the workspace from using a specific organization key.
Pin a default. Override the organization default with a different key for that provider in this workspace.
Review effective access. See which provider keys are currently active for the workspace.
