Manage workspaces

Create, switch, organize, and delete workspaces in the otari.ai dashboard.

Create a workspace

  1. Sign in to the dashboard.

  2. Open the workspace switcher in the top-left of the sidebar. It shows your active workspace.

  3. Click New workspace.

  4. Enter a name, review the default provider access if needed, and click Create.

After creating, the dashboard switches to the new workspace. To go back, use the switcher dropdown.

Capture the workspace ID after creation

If you plan to use the SDK, CLI, or automation, copy the workspace_id from workspace settings. You'll need it then.

Find workspace settings and tools

Open the workspace you want, then use the sidebar to move between the areas that belong to that workspace:

  • Usage for analytics and request history

  • Providers for managing provider-key access

  • API Keys for workspace-scoped tokens

  • Spend & Budgets for workspace, provider, and client-level limits, plus custom pricing

  • Members for workspace-specific access

  • Settings for workspace name, ID, and deletion

Delete a workspace

  1. Open the workspace you want to delete.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Click Delete workspace and confirm.

This action is permanent

  • Removes provider access and workspace-scoped configuration

  • Deletes all usage history and analytics

  • Removes all budget configuration

  • Disables any API tokens scoped to this workspace

Move any apps that still use this workspace ID before you delete it.
